摘要
采用单端面机械密封的溶剂泵在运行过程中经常发生密封泄漏故障,造成设备检修频繁,且存在着微量泄漏而引起异味散发危害职业健康。通过对单端面密封进行升级改造,运用特殊设计的串联式干气密封技术代替原单端面机械密封,现场实际应用效果证明该技术能够有效地解决溶剂泵运行过程中密封端面泄漏的问题。
Fault of seal leakage frequently happened on dissolvent pump adopting single face mechanical seal during operation, which not only caused frequent maintenance of equipment, but also might jeopardize occupational health due to odor emission. The upgrading transformation of the single face seal adopted specially designed tandem type dry gas seal technology to replace the original single face mechanical seal, which was testified by practical application to be capable of effectively solving the problem of leakage of seal face during the operation of dissolvent pump.
