摘要
化学品船的设计难度较大,须兼顾的技术条件众多。通过对新型7800dwt化学品船设计过程的阐述,详细探讨了货舱围护系统、主尺度确定、线型设计与优化、总布置、装载稳性和货舱结构设计等方面。目前,该船已建造完工并投入营运,快速性指标和能耗都较好。
Chemical tanker design is difficult, as it must take into account many technical conditions. Through elaboration of design process of a new type 7 800 dwt chemical carrier, this paper analyzes in detail the ship's cargo containment system and main dimensions, lines design and optimization, general arrangement and loading stability, cargo tank structure design and other key issues. Currently, the ship has been completed and put into service, demonstrating excellent effect in terms of speed performance and energy consumption.
