摘要 国内沿海小型LNG加注船的总体设计的各个阶段,必须认真探讨。首先根据具体国内江海直达的航区要求和LNG加注的作业性能确定加注船的LNG液舱舱容和航速及吃水;再依靠以往的经验公式结合回归曲线确定船的线型特征,如方形系数、浮心位置等,进而初步得到船长、船宽等各主尺度成分;在初步主尺度下,围绕加注船的功能进行总布置设计;针对液货及加注系统的需要进行布置,并反复进行线型、舱容、稳性等校核,最后得到优秀的小型加注船总体设计方案。总体设计思路可供同行参考。 Each stage of overall design of domestic coastal small LNG bunker ships is necessary to be studied carefully. The LNG tank volume, the ship speed and draft should first be determined according to the specific navigation area requirements for domestic river-sea transport as well as to the LNG bunkering operation performance. Then the features of hull lines, such as the block coefficient and the center of floatation shall be determined based on empirical formulae and regression curves, so as to obtain the preliminary main dimensions of ship length, breadth and so on. On the basis of the preliminary main dimensions, the general arrangement shall be designed focusing on the functions of the ship. The arrangements shall be made as per the needs of the liquid cargo and hunkering systems, while the lines, tank capacity and stabilities, etc. should be repeatedly checked and reviewed in order to ultimately attain an optimized overall design scheme of a small bunker ship. The overall design ideas are given to the colleagues for reference.
