摘要
目的探讨对新上岗护士实行义工服务的意义。方法选择内科系统通过公开招聘新上岗护士为研究对象,将2011年6月招聘的38名护士分为对照组,进岗前进行1个月常规岗前培训和考核,考核合格进岗;将2012年6月招聘的46名护士分为研究组,常规岗前培训合格后进岗,工作期间行全院义工服务活动。比较两组新上岗护士的应对效能、工作投入、患者满意度情况。结果研究组应对效能评分为(58.36±7.85)分,对照组为(53.58±7.45)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.842,P〈0.05);研究组对工作的投入、活力、奉献及专注程度评分分别为(4.98±0.65),(5.15±0.78),(5.45±0.94),(5.05±0.64)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为6.420,5.669,5.738,6.831;P〈0.05);研究组患者满意度总分为(25.84±4.68)分,对照组为(22.36±4.15)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.568,P〈0.05)。结论对新上岗护士实行全院义工服务活动能提高其应对效能、工作投入及患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the significance of junior nurse doing volunteer service in our hospital. Methods A total of 46 junior nurses recruited in June 2012 as experimental group in Medicine Department received conventional one-month pre-job training, theory and operation test before they going to their post, and when they passed examination they would do volunteer service in their spare time. A total of 38 junior nurses recruited in June 2011 as control group who only completed a conventional pre-job training, theory and operation test. We compared coping efficacy, job involvement, and patient's satisfaction between groups. Results The score of coping efficacy in the experimental group (58.36 ±7.85) was significantly higher than that of the control group (53.58 ± 7.45 ), ( t = 2. 842, P 〈 0. 05 ) ; job involvement ( 4.98 ± 0.65 ), vitality (5.15 ±0.78), dedication (5.45 ± 0.94), attentiveness (5.05 ± 0.64) in the experimental group are significantly higher than those in the control group [ (4.12 ± 0.56 ), (4.25 ± 0.65 ), (4.58 ± 0.75 ), (4.15 ± 0.55 ) ] with statistical significance between two groups ( t = 6. 420,5. 669,5. 738,6.831 ;P 〈 0. 05 ). The score of patient's satisfaction in the experimental group group (25.84 ± 4.68 ) was significantly higher than the control group (22.36 ± 4. 15 ), ( t = 3. 568, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Junior nurse doing volunteer service could improve their coping efficacy, job involvement, and patient's satisfaction.
