基层治理行动逻辑研究综述

Research Summary of Action Logic in Grassroots Governance

从行动主体行动逻辑的角度来展开的基层治理研究主要有政府的"不出事"逻辑和民众的"闹大"逻辑。通过对中国基层治理相关研究和行动逻辑研究的综述来看,这两种逻辑在一定范围内有很强的解释力,但是由于主体的单一性,容易忽略主体多元以及相互间的互动。因此,基层治理行动逻辑研究今后的趋势应该将基层治理中两大行动主体都纳入视野,全面考虑双方的互动逻辑,提出新的分析框架,来分析解释预测基层治理中的现象和问题。

Action logic in grassroots governance focuses on the government＇ s ＂no accident＂ and common people＇ s ＂getting it to be bigger＂. Base on the summary of some related study, it holds that these two logics are of strong ex- planatory power, however, of no interaction between multi- subjects. In future, the study on grassroots goverance of China should take these two logics into account and put forward a new analytic structure to analyze and explain phenomena and problems in the grassroots governance.
