轻型车美标油耗五工况测试方法研究

在全球排放和油耗法规里美国标准是最为严格的,从中国油耗法规不断加严的现实国情出发,对轻型车美标油耗的测试方法进行研究是很有必要的。美国最新油耗测试方法包括了五个循环工况,涵盖了低温启动,空调使用,野蛮驾驶等实际车辆行驶中会遇到的情况,对车辆的考核比较全面务实。本文利用中汽中心已有的试验测试设备,对美标五工况循环测试方法以及测试结果的加权计算方法进行研究,从而形成完整的美标油耗测试规程,为后续相关研究奠定基础。

The American standard is the most strict one in global emissions and fuel consumption regulations. According to the actual situation in China that the fuel consumption regulation contitunes to be stricter, it is necessary to research the American standard test method for light vehicle fuel consumption. The latest American fuel consumption test method covers five driving cycles, covering the cold start, air condition, aggressive driving, so it is more comprehensive and pragmatic for the assessment of vehicle. In this paper, we do the research for the American standard five-cycle test method and the test result calculation method using the test equipment in CATARC, to make a complete American standard fuel consumption test procedures and lay the foundation for future research.
