摘要
目的 探索综合评价方法在严重精神障碍监测质量评估中的应用。方法 应用TOPSIS(technique for orderpreference by similarity to ideal solution)分析方法评价深圳市2013年11月~2014年10月,A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I区精神障碍监测质量;将TOPSIS法分析结果与各区实际工作情况进行相关性分析。结果 TOPSIS分析法的排序结果显示A区监测质量最优,F区监测质量最差,其他区的排序依次为B、C、D、I、G、E、H区;TOPSIS排序结果与实际工作情况有相关性(r=0.58,P〈0.001)。结论 TOPSIS法评估结果反映了工作实际情况,能够应用于评价严重精神障碍监测质量。
Objective To explore the use of comprehensive assessment method in mental disorder monitoring. Methods Comprehensive assessment method was used with surveillance data of mental disorders using TOPSIS ( technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) method in A ,B ,C ,D ,E ,F ,G ,H ,I District of Shenzhen from November 2013 to October 2014. Binary classification correlation analysis was used to compare TOPSIS results with actual consequences. Results The best quality area of monitoring was A, the worst was F,and others were B,C,D,I,G,E,and H using TOPSIS method evaluation, which were correlated with the practical results ( r = 0. 58, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusions TOPSIS method, as one of the comprehensive evaluation methods, can objectively reflect the actual situation. It can be applied to monitoring the assessment of quality of mental disorder.
