Destruction of the legal system of science and technology & its lessons during the Cultural Revolution

文化大革命爆发后,极左思潮与无政府主义的恶性泛滥,使得新中国科技法制建设很快便被动乱的狂涛所摧毁,科技法制进程出现了严重的倒退,历史地进入其发展的低潮期。其不仅阻滞了社会主义法制的正常发展进程,而且挫伤了广大知识分子和科技人员的科研积极性,摧残了新中国成立以来蓬勃发展的科技事业,延缓了我国现代化科技事业发展的进程,留下了一些发人深省的沉痛历史教训。

After the outbreak of the Cultural Revolution,the ultra left trend of thought and anarchism malignant proliferation overran people's minds. It made the new legal system construction of science and technology soon destroyed by waves of unrest. Legal system process of science and technology appeared a serious backward,into its low tide developing period. It not only hindered the normal development of the socialist legal system,but also dampened the scientific research enthusiasm of intellectual and technical personnel. And it also destroyed the vigorous development of science and technology enterprise since the founding of new China,delayed the modern science and technology development progress in our country,leaving some painful historical lessons.
