东莞市厚街镇小学生患龋与口腔保健KAP关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解东莞市厚街镇小学生龋齿患病情况及口腔保健知识、态度及行为(KAP)现况,探讨学生龋齿相关的口腔保健KAP因素,为今后制定龋齿防治措施和健康教育计划的实施提供依据。方法采用现场问卷调查和口腔健康检查相结合的方式,调查东莞市厚街镇一所有代表性的小学4~6年级的在校学生,将结果进行统计学处理,以求得龋齿与口腔保健各项KAP的关系。结果学生口腔保健知识、行为得分率较低,与学生龋齿患病有关的因素主要是口腔保健行为的形成率(χ2=15.0919,P〈0.0001);主要影响因素有刷牙次数、方式,对龋齿的态度及吃零食对口腔保健影响的认识。结论应加强口腔健康教育,不仅要加强学生的口腔保健知识和信念,还应采取一定的干预措施提高学生口腔保健行为的形成率,培养学生养成正确的口腔保健行为,改善其口腔卫生状况,降低患龋率。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of dental carie and the present situation of oral care knowledge(K), attitude(A) and practice(P) of pupil in Houjie of Dongguan. To explore the main factors of oral care KAP related with dental. To provide some evi- dences for constitute the measure of oral prevention and cure, and the project of health education. METHODS A cross-sectional sur- vey was carried out among the four to the sixth grade students of a representative of the primary school in Houjie town of Dongguan City using a structured questionnaire and clinical examination. To get the results and relations between dental caries and all sides of oral care KAP by statistical methods. RESULTS The score of the students' oral care knowledge and practice ia much lower.The form- ing rate of oral care practice showed the most important relationship(χ2=15.0919, P〈0.0001) and the effect of the knowing rate of knowledge is much smaller. The main factors which influencing the dental caries was the times, mode of tooth-brushing, the atti- tudes to dental caries and the knowledge about the effect of sock-eating to oral care. CONCLUSION The oral health education should be enhanced, not only the knowledge and faith of oral care but also some intervening measures to promote the forming rate of oral
