姜堰区开展重性精神疾病综合防控工作的实践与体会

The Practices and Experiences of Carrying Cooperation for Integrated Severe Mental Illness Prevention and Control in Jiangyan County

精神卫生是农村社区重大公共卫生和社会问题。目前由于基层投入不足和人力资源薄弱等问题,精神卫生基本公共卫生服务的成效有限。姜堰区重点加强政府领导,多部门合作,建设综合防控的社区精神卫生服务体系。本研究探讨了姜堰区的干预设计和实施机制,并通过实施效果评价,认为加强政府在多部门合作中的主导作用、开发各部门协调合作机制和重视社区治疗和康复服务是发展农村重性精神疾病管理的必要条件。

Mental health has been a real substantial public health and social problems in rural communities. It had limited effective- ness of community mental public mental care services because the insufficient investment and weak community human resource for health. Jiangyan County implemented interventions on government leadership, muhi-seetors collaboration and establishment of inte- grated community mental health care system. It analyzed the intervention design and implementing process, and drew the conclusion by the intervention. It is a requirement for governments to play a role in stakeholder collaboration and coordination for community mental health care development.
