中老年人体质指数与红细胞分布宽度的相关性分析 被引量:1

Correlation Analysis between Body mass Index and Red Blood Cell Distribution Width among the Elderly

摘要 目的探讨中老年人体质指数(body mass index,BMI)与红细胞分布宽度(red blood cell distribution width,RDW)的关系。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,选取2013年在苏州市相城区第三人民医院体检的健康中老年人(≥45岁)为研究对象,通知参加体检的有9 400人,实际参加的有9 012人(95.87%),对其进行身高和体重测量,并检测血常规、血生化等项目,采用Pearson相关性检验、Logistic回归分析BMI与RDW的相关性。结果 Logistic回归分析显示,BMI是RDW的影响因素,体重过轻(OR=1.553,P=0.008),超重(OR=0.643,P<0.05),肥胖(OR=0.512,P<0.05)及BMI的增加与RDW升高呈负相关(r=-0.068,P<0.05)。结论 BMI是RDW的影响因素,体重过轻人群的RDW更容易升高,我们需要重视这类高危人群,及早提出干预措施,预防老年慢性疾病的发生。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between mass index(BMI)and red blood cell distribution width (RDW) among elderly body. METHODS The study site was located in The Third People's Hospital in Xiangcheng District of, Soochow, which pro- vided free health screening for the elderly( ≥ 40 years old) by the cluster random sampling. Before the health screening, an invitation letter was sent to each elderly. There were 9 400 elderly were informed and 9 012 people took part in the study in 2013. Check on the height and weight, blood routine, blood biochemical detection, data from staff entry Epidate 3.1, use SPSS 19.0 package for statisti- cal analysis, Pearson correlation test, Logistic regression analysis the correlation between BMI and RDW. RESULTS Logistic regres- sion analysis showed that, BMI was the effective factor for RDW. Underweight(OR=1.553, P=-0.008), overweight(OR=0.643, P〈0.05), obesity(OR=0.512, P〈0.05), and the increases of BMI was the negative correlation with RDW(r=-0.068, P〈0.05). CONCLUSION BMI was the effective factor for RDW, the red blood cell distribution width were more likely to rise in the underweight people, it should pay more attention to the high-risk groups, propose interventions early and prevent the occurrence of the chronic diseases.
