苏州市姑苏区2013年小学生健康体检分析及对策探讨

Analysis and Countermeasures Investigation of the Pupils Healthy Physical Examination in Gusu District of Soochow in 2013

目的通过健康体检,掌握小学生常见疾病的发生情况,为制定和优化学校健康干预方案和创造理想化的教学环境提供科学依据。方法按照《苏州市中小学生免费体检实施办法》的规定,对姑苏区辖区范围内50所小学校的在校学生进行健康体检,并对体检结果进行分析。结果姑苏区小学生视力不良检出率高于苏州市,女生视力不良检出率高于男生,本地学生高于外地学生,视力不良检出率随着学生年龄段的升高而上升;姑苏区小学生龋患率为55.25%,略低于苏州市的龋患率(56.36%);姑苏区小学生肥胖检出率略高于苏州市学生的肥胖检出率,超重检出率低于苏州市学生,小学生肥胖检出率与超重检出率均是男生高于女生,外地学生高于本地学生,随着年龄段的升高有上升趋势;姑苏区小学生的沙眼检出率低于苏州市学生。结论姑苏区小学生常见病检出率较高,小学生健康不容忽视,应重视学校、家庭及社区等部门的联动作用,制订健康干预方案,切实降低小学生常见病的发生风险。

OBJECTIVE Through physical examinations, it could obtain the occurrence of some common diseases for the pupils, and al- so get the scientific basis to work out and optimise the school health intervention plans and to create an ideal teaching environment. METHODS According to ＂implementing the free physical examination measures for primary and middle school students in Sooch- ow＂, it carried out the physical examinations for all the pupils of 50 primary schools in Gusu District, and also analyzed and figured out the physical examination results. RESULTS The rate of the poor vision detection of Gusu students was higher than pupils in Su- zhou. By statistical tests, girls＇ poor vision detection rate was higher than boys, and local students＇ poor vision detection rate was higher than that of pupils from other cities. Poor vision detection rate rises along with the ages in Gusu district. Gusu students＇ caries rate is 55.25%, slightly lower than that of suzhou which was 56.36%. Gusu student＇s obesity detection rate is slightly higher than that of Suzhou. Gusu student＇s overweight detection rate was lower than that of Soochow. By statistical tests, the detection rate of obesity and overweight in Gusu district were both boys＇ higher than girls＇, local students＇ higher than students＇ from other cities, and rises with ages. Gusu students＇ trachoma detection rate is lower than that of Soochow. CONCLUSION Gusu students had a high common disease detection rate, and their health should not be ignored. It should attach great importance to the linkage function among with schools, famihes and communities, etc, and develop a health intervention program and actually reduce the risk of common diseases.
