解郁安神汤治疗失眠的临床观察

Solution of Clinical Observation of Yuanshen Decoction in Treatment of Insomnia

目的研究探讨解郁安神汤治疗失眠的临床效果。方法对照组患者接受西医治疗,观察组患者接受解郁安神汤治疗,将两组患者临床效果、并发症发生情况以及半年内复发率进行对比。结果观察组患者有效率为92.2%,对照组患者治疗有效率为90.2%,经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(x2=0.25,P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为2.0%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为17.6%,经统计学分析,差异显著,有统计学意义(x2=13.77,P<0.01)。观察组患者失眠复发率为19.6%,对照组患者失眠复发率为39.2%,经统计学分析,差异显著,有统计学意义(x2=9.25,P<0.01)。结论解郁安神汤与常规西药治疗具有相近的效果,但其具有不良反应发生少、复发率低的优点。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the treatment of insomnia Jieyu Anshen decoction clinical results. METHODS The control group patients received Western medicine treatment. Observation group patients received treatment Jieyu Anshen soup. The clinical ef- fects of two groups of patients, the incidence of complications and recurrence rate within six months were compared. RESULTS The response rate was 92.2% of patients. Treatment of patients in the control group was 90.2%. After statistical analysis, the difference was not statistically significant （χ2=0.25, P〉0.05）. The occurrence of adverse reactions in patients in the observation group was 2.0%. The occurrence of adverse reactions in patients in the control group was 17.6%. After statistical analysis, the difference was signifi- cant, statistically significant （χ2=13.77, P〈0.01）. Observation group were 19.6% recurrence rate of insomnia. Insomnia patients in the control group was 39.2 relapse. After statistical analysis, the difference was significant, statistically significant （χ2=9.25, P〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION Remove Atagnation soup with conventional western medicine has the same effect. But with fewer adverse ef- fects, recurrence rate advantages.
