比较全面地阐述了农产品安全可追溯体系,即农产品从生产源头到消费终端的全程可追溯体系的概念、构建内容与关键点技术等,以供研究与应用参考。
This article comprehensively introduced the safety traceability system of agricultural products in detail, mainly including the concepts, construction contents and key technology on full process traceability system from production source to consumption terminals of agricultural products, to provide references for further research and application.
