摘要
针对节能型起重机的双电机起升驱动系统的功率不平衡问题,结合同轴硬接双电机结构的特点,设计了一种基于PLC控制的调速系统。该系统主电机采用双闭环调速结构,从电机采用电压跟随调速,通过交叉耦合和PID控制使同轴刚性连接的2电机在运行时具有相同转矩,从而实现功率平衡。文中给出了系统的硬件结构图和软件流程图,并对调速控制系统起动时的特性进行了数值仿真分析,验证了此调速控制系统的可行性。
In view of unbalanced power problem in twin-motor drive system of the energy-saving erane, considering the characteristics of coaxial hard-wired twin-motor structure, the PLC-control speed regulating system is designed. Tile main motor of the system is provided with double-closed-loop speed regulation structure, while the slave motor is provided with voltage following speed regulation. Through eross coupling and PID control, two motors by eoaxial rigid connection have tile same torque, hem.e to realize power balance. The paper gives the hardware structural chart and software flow chart, pres- ents numerical simulation analysis for the characteristics with the speed-regulating control system to start up, and w^rifies feasibility of the speed-regulating control system.
