摘要
以大型石化反应器吊装工装为研究对象,在广义模块化设计理论基础上,利用Ansys参数化设计语言APDL建立了某吊装方案的吊装工装参数化三维有限元分析模型。通过与吊装施工现场测试数据对比,验证了吊装工装有限元模型的合理性,从而实现了大型石化反应器吊装工装的快速分析校核。
With hoisting equipment of certain large-scale petrifaction reactor as a study object, based on the general- ized modular theory, Ansys parameter design language APDL is used to develop the hoisting frock parametric 3D finite ele- ment model for of certain hoisting scheme. Through comparison with the test data on the hoisting site, reasonability of the hoisting equipment finite element model is verified, hence to realize rapid analysis verification of hoisting equipment of cer- tain large-scale petrifaction reactor.
