核电厂固体废物处理系统非连续辊道传输线废物桶传输

摘要 针对核电厂固体废物处理系统辊道传输线设计中遇到的非连续辊道之间的废物桶传输问题,提出了移动式辊道方案和移载装置方案,介绍了每种方案的设计原理,重点阐述了结构设计,并对每种方案的特点及适用范围进行分析。为了验证设计的合理性,介绍了设计方案在水泥固化线和分拣压缩打包线的辊道传输线设计中的应用情况,实际应用情况表明,方案设计合理可行,满足废物桶的安全转运要求,解决了非连续运行辊道之间的废物桶传输问题,为其他行业类似问题的解决提供了参考,具有良好的应用价值和广阔的市场前景。 In view of the problem in wastebin conveying between discontinuous roller beds occurring in design of roller table transmission line of the solid waste disposal system of nuclear power plant, the paper puts forward the movable-type roller table scheme and load shifting device scheme, introduces the design principle of each scheme, with emphasis on the structural design, and analyzes the characteristics and applicable scope of each scheme. To verify design reasonability, the paper introduces application of the design scheme in roller table transmission line including the cement solidification line and sorting-compressing-packing line. The application case shows that the mentioned scheme design is reasonable and feasi- ble, meeting the safety transferring requirements on wastebins, applicable to solve the problem of wastebin conveying be- tween discontinuous roller beds, providing reference for solving similar problems in other industries, and indicating good application value and broad market prospect.
