大采高孤岛综采工作面矿压显现实测研究

Practice Measure Research on Strata Behavior in Fully Mechanized Coal Face of Island with Large Mining Height

以现场实测为手段掌握了李家庄煤矿3302大采高孤岛工作面顶板来压强度、来压步距和支架受力情况,并通过宏观观测了解了该工作面煤壁片帮、架后悬顶和支架活柱下缩量等情况。由矿压观测结果可知,ZY-4000/17/37型掩护式液压支架适应性较好,能够满足3302孤岛工作面开采条件,治理煤壁片帮和底臌是工作面开采的关键。

Stress strength, stress pace and support force of roof in 3302 coal face of island with large mining height has been mastered by site practice measure, and rib fall, rear suspension and support living column shrinkage have also obtained by macro observation. Strata behavior results show that the adaptability of ZY-4000/17/37 hydrolic shield support is good and can meet the mining condition of 3302 island working face, and that treating rib fall and floor heave is the key of mining
