New Methods of Cooling Heat Insulation Layer in Deep High-temperature Stopes

摘要 矿井深部开采面临严重的高地温问题,使用现有的方法和技术手段尚不能有效地解决。通过分析采空区垮落矸石的热量传递过程,认为采空区矸石的散热是造成采场风流温度升高的主要原因,并针对性地提出将新型无机隔热材料喷射到采空区矸石表面,形成减缓矸石热量传向工作面风流的隔热层,从而降低工作面风流温度的降温新方法。通过理论分析及计算隔热层隔热效果,表明建立采空区隔热层可以有效降低工作面风流温度。 Deep mining in coal mines will face serious problems of high ground temperature and current methods and technology means can~ t effectively solve them. By analyzing heat transfer process of collapse gangue in goaf, it is thought that heat dissipation of gangue in goal is the main reason for higher airflow temperature in stopes. The paper puts forward new cooling method of spraying new types of inorganic heat insulation material in the surface of gangue in goaf to reduce airflow temperature in work face. By theoretically analyzing and calcu- lating heat insulation efficiency of heat insulation layer, the author thinks that establishing heat insulation layer in goaf can effectively reduce airflow temperature of working face.
