摘要
判断一个零件是否合格的关键指标之一就是其表面的粗糙度,零件表面的粗糙度对零件使用中的配合质量、运动精度以及耐磨性有着重要的影响。因此,如何降低机械加工的粗糙度已经成为机械加工中的关键问题。本文对影响表面粗糙度的各个因素进行了分析,探讨了降低机械加工表面粗糙度的措施,继而提高零件加工的精度,保证零件的合格率。
Because the surface roughness of the part has a significant impact on cooperation quality, kinematic precision and wear--resisting property, one of the key index of judging whether a part is qualified or not is surface roughness. So how to reduce the roughness of mechanical process has become the critical problem of mechanical process. The paper deeply analyzed various factors affecting surface roughness, pertinently discussed on how to reduce surface roughness of mechanical process so as to improve the accuracy of part processing and ensure the qualified rate of parts.
