摘要
为了解决矿井在复杂地质条件下综放工作面末采拆除施工难题,对综放工作面沿煤层底板末采拆除技术进行了研究。通过优化沿煤层底板末采拆除施工工艺,对工作面采取顶板铺设菱形金属网、钢丝绳和阻燃塑料布,并在工作面顶板打设锚杆、锚索进行支护,保障了工作面支护强度,提高了工作面拆除效率和煤炭回收率,缓解了由于工作面拆除影响造成的接替紧张,对综放工作面末采提高煤炭回收率、缩短工期、保障安全生产具有借鉴和参考作用,有一定的推广价值。
In order to solve the demolition construction problems of last mining at fully mechanized working face under complex geological conditions, the paper has studied on demolition technology of last mining in coal heading floor of fully mechanized working face and optimized demolition construction technique of last mining in coal heading floor, which guarantees the support strength of face, improves demolition efficiency and coal recovery of face, releases replacing tension caused by face demolition and has some promotional value for improving coal recovery, shortening construction period and ensuring safety production.
