摘要 矿井机电设备是衡量现代矿井生产效率和能力的标准,机电设备检修模式的选择直接影响生产系统的正常运转。本文结合煤矿机电设备特征,总结得出关键设备及核心部件应以专业化状态检修为主,辅助设备、子系统、设备润滑和易损件等的维护修理应以日检为辅,实现主辅分明、有机结合的检修模式。 Mine electromechanical equipment is measure of modern mine production efficiency and competency standards and the selection of electromechanical equipment maintenance mode directly effects on the normal running of production system, combined with characteristics of coal mine electromechanieal equipment, the paper summaries that critical equipment and core components should give priority to professional status overhaul, supplementing with daily inspection, such as maintenance of auxiliary equipment, subsystem, equipment lubrication and vulnerable loss pieces to achieve maintenance mode of main auxiliary distinct and organic combines.
