摘要
最近几年,煤矿企业设备租赁的状况越来越普遍,但是在租赁管理的过程中往往还会存在一些问题和不足。应当对煤矿企业设备租赁行为进行及时而有效的规范;逐步建立并完善相关的监督机制以及对管理者的考核体系,使得设备租赁管理者自身的素质得到有效提升。
In recent years, equipment leasing in coal mine industry is more and more common, but there are inevitable problems and shortages in the leasing management. In order to effectively enhance the quality of equipment rental manager, timely and effectively regulatory should be conducted to equipment leasing in coal mine industry, relative supervision mechanism and the appraisal system for managers should be established and improved.
