摘要
针对目前的工艺装备、技术条件及生产情况,莱钢自主开发了转炉低氧位碳氧积控制及钢包顶渣低全铁含量控制技术、精炼RH炉低氧位深脱碳和连铸机全保护浇注技术。各工序的多项技术集成,形成了完善的超低碳钢质量控制技术,解决了DDQ级冷轧钢等超低碳钢种的可浇注性和铸坯质量问题,提高了钢中夹杂物数量和形态控制水平,有效提高了铸坯的合格率。
In view of the present process equipment,technical specifications and production situation,Laiwu Steel independently develope low oxygen and carbon oxygen volume control for converter and control technology of ladle top slag low. TFe content,low oxygen and deep decarburization in refining RH furnace and full protective casting technology. A number of technology integration of each process form the perfect quality control technology for ultra- low carbon steel,to solve the casting and slab quality problem of cold rolled ultra- low carbon steel like DDQ grade and etc. and increase the control level of inclusions amount and shape in steel. The qualification rate of slabs is improved.
