摘要
铆接工艺参数对铆接干涉量有着直接的影响,以2117-T4的4mm半圆头自封铆钉铆接2024-T3的板件为研究对象,建立铆接过程的有限元分析模型,以此模型为基础设计了正交试验来模拟分析铆钉长度L、铆接孔径D和镦头高度H这3个铆接工艺参数对铆接干涉量的影响。对模拟试验结果进行综合分析,得出了铆钉长度L为影响半圆头自封铆钉铆接干涉量的关键因素,为进一步的工艺优化试验和生产工作提供理论数据依据。
Riveting process parameters have a direct effect on riveting interference. In this paper, 4 mm round head self-sealing rivets made of 2117-T4 are used to rivet the panels of 2024-T3, the finite model of the riveting process is set up, the orthogonal experiment is designed based on the model to analyze the affects of the three riveting process parameters which are rivet length L, riveting diameter D and heading height H on riveting interference. The simulation analysis is carried out. The results show that the rivet length L is the key factor influencing the riveting interference of round head self-sealing rivet, providing theoretic data support for further opti- mization processing test and production.
