摘要
以分液罐为研究对象提出了基于基因工程的定制产品的快速设计方法。研究了产品基因工程的基本理论、方法以及包括基因提取、基因扩增等在内的基于基因工程的产品快速设计的关键技术,并将其应用于定制产品的快速设计中,并以分液罐为开发对象进行了实例验证。结果表明,基于基因工程的产品快速设计,可以实现产品的系列化、规范化和自动化设计,有助于提高企业设计效率,能快速响应市场个性化定制需求。
Taken knockout drum as study object, a knockout drum rapid design method based on genetic engineering was proposed. The basic theory and method of product gene engineering was studied, including the technologies of gene extraction, amplification, etc. The method was applied to rapid design of customized products. A case of knockout drum was designed. The results show the knockout drum rapid design method based on genetic engineering can achieve seriation, standardization and automation of product de- sign, improve the efficiency of product design, and meet the individual requirements.
