摘要
为了分析发动机冷却风扇的运行性能,对其进行了仿真分析。先将实体模型导入Hypermesh中划分面网格,再导入STAR-CCM+中生成体网格;然后建立风扇的CFD模型并进行仿真分析,对该风扇的流场和压力场进行了模拟,得到了流量和噪声的影响因素,同时验证了CFD仿真分析的可靠性。
In order to analyze the performance of an engine cooling fan, in this paper, based on the bench test method of fan, the enti- ty model of the fan was set up, the surface grids were divided in Hypermesh, and the model was imported into STAR-CCM+ to generate volume meshes. Then the CFD model of the fan was built and the simulation analysis was carried out, the flow fields and pressure fields were simulated, the influence factors of flow and noise were obtained, and the reliability of CFD simulation analysis was verified.
