摘要 链式回转弹仓是火炮自动装填系统的重要组成部分,但回转弹仓特有的多边形效应以及弹仓内弹丸数目的变化都将导致储弹筒的振动,使炮弹的传输平稳性和准确性较差。将建模软件SolidWorks、多刚体动力学分析软件ADAMS进行结合,最终在ADAMS中建立起链式回转弹仓的仿真模型,并在满载和仅有一发炮弹两种工况下对弹链转过一个弹距的过程进行动力学仿真,结果显示目标炮弹的横向传输位移相对误差分别为0.57%和1%,满足设计要求,弹仓工作平稳可靠。 The chain type circulatory magazine is a subsystem of artillery automation loading system. The particular polygon effect of the chain transmission and the variety of the shell number in magazine will cause tubular magazine vibration and thus affect the stabi- lity and accuracy of the projectile transmission. Virtual prototype technology is utilized to predict the performances of the chain type circulatory magazine. The virtual prototype model was constructed and simulated using software of SolidWorks and ADAMS, under conditions of 12 shells and one shell in the magazine. The dynamic simulation show that, when the chain turns a chain-link, the rela- tively deviation of the horizontal shell transmission translation is 0.57 percent and 1 percent, correspondingly to the two conditions, and operation of the magazine is stable.
