摘要
为快速设计质量可靠、性能优良的气缸摆杆式熄焦车开门机构,提出一种气缸推力快速设计计算方法,在满足工况和生产工艺要求的基础上,使开门机构的设计开发周期大大缩短。通过实例应用及多体动力学计算验证表明,应用该计算方法能够高效、快捷、准确地进行开门机构气缸推力的设计计算。
In order to design a reliable door-opening mechanism of coke quenching car, a design and calculation method of cylinder thrust is proposed. On the basis of guaranteeing the requirements of working conditions and production process, the design and de- velopment cycle of the mechanism is shortened. The application examples and analysis with multi-body dynamics simulation show that the design and calculation method of cylinder thrust is more efficient, fast and accurate.
