Design of Hot Punching Die for Deep-flat Hole

在分析扁孔圆销结构的基础上,设计了一套扁孔圆销的热冲孔模具,并详细分析了该模具的结构组成与工作原理,对此类工件的成形工艺和模具设计具有一定的参考价值。

On the basis of analyzing the structure of flat-hole round pin, a set of hot punching die for producing the hole in flat-round pin is designed, and the structural components and the working principle of the die are analyzed in detail, which provides some refer- ence for forming process and die design of these kinds of products.
