变径管与薄壁圆管轴向压缩过程研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用ABAQUS软件建立薄壁金属圆管和变径管的有限元模型,对两种结构的轴向压缩力学行为进行数值模拟,并且与相应的理论计算结果进行比较。结果表明:薄壁圆管发生轴对称失稳,载荷-位移曲线波动;变径管模拟结果和理论结果基本吻合,变径管变形模式稳定,载荷-位移曲线平稳,在轴向压缩时只发生自由翻转;变径管自由翻转过程中的最大载荷小于圆管压缩的最大载荷。 Finite element models of thin wall cylinder metal tube and variable-diameter tube were established by ABAQUS software. The mechanical behaviors under axial compression of two tubes were studied by the method of numerical simulation. The results of numerical simulation are basically similar to theoretical results on free inversion process of variable-diameter tube. The result shows the maximum load in the process of free inversion of the variable-diameter tube is lower than that Of compression tube. The modes of deformation on variable-diameter tube which can only occur free inversion process when it is compressed and the load-displacement curve is stable. But thin wall cylinder metal tube occurs mono-symmetric buckling when it is compressed and the load-displacement curve is fluctuant.
