Special Fault Diagnosis of Blast Furnace Top-pressure Control System

通过对高炉炉顶压力控制的控制流程与其影响因素的阐述,结合实例诊断,对影响炉顶压力的各种因素进行分析,运用PID的模糊调节对高炉炉顶压力控制系统作出改进。

Based on the control flow and influencing factors of blast furnace top-pressure control process, combined with the instance diagnosis, the various factors influencing the furnace top-pressure were analyzed, and some improvements to the blast furnace top- pressure control system were made by using fuzzy PID regulation.
