摘要
民航涡扇发动机结构的完整性、运行的安全性与高效性以及维修的低成本很大程度上取决于良好的维修性设计。首先介绍了维修性设计的概念,其次详细论述了发动机维修性设计的准则,并举例说明了维修性设计准则在现代民航涡扇发动机设计中的应用,最后对民航新型涡扇发动机维修性设计的发展趋势进行了论述,并对我国在这一领域的研究以及应用提出了建议。
The structural integrity and the operat:on saIety ut tuxuu ~ design. The conception of the maintainability design is introduced in the first place. Secondly, the rules of maintainability design in engine are discussed in detail, besides a lot of cases are used for illustrating the maintainability design rules' application in the turbo- fan engine of the modern civil aviation. Finally, the maintainability design's development tendency of the new-type turbofan engine in civil aviation is analyzed and some suggestions are made to enhance the study and application in this field.
