摘要
经济新常态下台资企业面临转型升级的多重考验。近年来东莞台资企业数量虽有所下降,但其转型升级的意愿却比较强烈。文章在充分调研的基础上,分析了东莞台资企业的产业特征,总结东莞台资企业转型升级的动机和途径,剖析其存在的问题和困境,并结合实际提出政策建议。
Under the new economic normal,Taiwan enterprises are facing multiple tests of industrial transformation and upgrading. In recent years the number of Taiwan enterprises in Dongguan has decreased,but the intention of industrial transformation and upgrading is relatively strong. Based on investigation,the paper analyzes the characteristics of Taiwan enterprises in Dongguan,summarizes the motivation and means of industrial transformation and upgrading,points out the existing problems and difficulties,and puts forward the countermeasures the government should consider.
