区域性:地方院校打造特色办学的着力点——以惠州学院为例

Regionality—Focus of Local Colleges and Universities in Characteristic School-running——a case study of Huizhou University

特色办学是地方院校办学的生命源泉,有特色才有良好的发展潜力。相对于一些重点大学,地方院校在影响力、学校设施以及师资力量等方面都处于劣势,加之地方院校很多都是依托地方发展、以服务地方为宗旨。所以笔者认为,区域性是地方院校打造特色办学的着力点。在办学中,注重区域性、联系区域、发展区域,方能更好地促进地方院校的特色办学,使地方院校立于办学的不败之地。

Characteristic school- running is the ultimate fountain of the sustainable and prosperous development of a local college.Characteristics mean potential. Compared with national key universities,local colleges and universities are staying in a disadvantageous status in terms of influence,teaching facilities and faculty. Besides,the majority of local colleges and universities rely on local economic development and aim at serving the local economy. Therefore,the paper regards regionality as the focus of local colleges and universities in characteristic school-running. In school-running,more attention should be paid to regionality,connection of the region,and development of the region as a whole,so as to further promote the characteristic school-running of local colleges and universities and consolidate their status.
