大学生创业意愿调查及影响因素研究——以广州市部分高职院校学生为例

Research on Entrepreneurial Intention and Influencing Factors Investigation of Higher Vocational College Students:Based on Questionnaires of Some Colleges in Guangzhou

基于对大学生就业问题的关注,采取调查研究和实证分析的方法对广州市部分高职院校在校生展开调查。通过对高职学生创业意愿的调查和影响其创业意愿因素的识别,发现家庭创业史、高校创业教育和指导、地方政府的支持、创业伙伴和创业资金支持等五个方面对大学生创业意愿的形成均有显著影响。文章从建立全方位创业教育体系、培养校企合作平台、加强自主创业政策宣传等方面提出建议,以期对高职院校开展创业教育提供实证依据和参考。

This method is based on the employment problem of college students pay attention to research and empirical analysis of the investigation on the part of the vocational college students in Guangzhou City,through the investigation and the influence on higher vocational students entrepreneurial intention the entrepreneurial intention factors identification,it found that family members＇ experience of entrepreneurial,entrepreneurial education of college,support from the government,mate and funds have a positive effect on university students＇ entrepreneurial intention,and the influences are significant. We can change mode of cultivating culture,establish school enterprise cooperation platform,reference for the development of entrepreneurship education and strengthen independent entrepreneurship policy propaganda in higher vocational colleges.
