高效液相色谱法同时测定染发剂中9种苯二胺类化合物和p-氨基苯酚

摘要 建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定染发剂中9种苯二胺类化合物和p-氨基苯酚的方法。采用Discovery RP-Am ide C16柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm,美国Supelco公司)为固定相,25mmol/L磷酸缓冲液体系(p H=6.0,含0.1%的辛烷磺酸钠)和乙腈为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,柱温30℃,进样量20μL,检测波长250nm和280nm。该方法各组分的线性范围为0.500mg/L^400mg/L,相关系数R为0.9992~0.9999,检出限为18mg/Kg^113mg/Kg,定量限为42mg/Kg^373mg/Kg,相对标准偏差RSD<10%,加标回收率为86%~104%。该检测方法具有简便、快速、准确等特点,基本满足实际样品的分析要求。 A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed for the determination of 10 derivatives of phenylenediamine in hair dyes. Dyes were separated on a Discovery RP-Am ide C16 silica column(250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm,Supelco),the gradient elution of the compounds was performed by HPLC using mobile phase composed of acetonitrile,phosphate buffer and the ion-pairing reagent with methanol-25mM phosphate buffer(pH=6.0)containing 0.1%1-heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt ,and detection wavelength of 250nm and 280nm.the flow rate was 1.0ml/min and the column temperature was 30℃. The linear range were from 0.500mg/L to 400mg/L and the R were from 0.9992 to 0.9999. the detectable limits were from 18mg/Kg-113mg/Kg and the quantificative limits were from 42mg/Kg to 373mg/Kg ,the coefficient of variations were less than 10% and the recovery rates were from 86% to 104%. The methods of high performance liquid chromatography introduced in this paper is simple,rapid,accurate and is applicable to the analysis of various hair dyes.
