摘要
结合工艺试验分析了某高精度天线铝合金面板常规加工流程中出现的喷涂死角、涂膜起皱和附着力差等涂装防护问题,针对以上问题进行了工艺优化,并对新工艺流程进行了试验和生产验证。结果表明:新工艺改进了面板粘接与后续涂装的工艺流程,很好地解决了常规流程存在的各种涂装防护问题,提高了产品防护质量,符合实际生产加工的工程应用要求。
Combine technology test to analyze the protective coating problems such as spra- ying dead angle, wrinkling coating and low adhesion in the conventional aluminum panels ma- chining process of some high precision antenna. In connection with the problems above, process optimization has been carried on through experiments and production verification has also been conducted. The results show that the new process changes the sequence of panels bonding and painting, which solves all of the protective coating problems well and improves the protective quality of products and meets the needs of the actual production process.
