摘要
针对在外消费者追求营养、健康的迫切需求,文章探讨了餐饮企业特殊人群营养套餐的设计目的、设计思路、设计方法、制作标准及设计意义,为餐饮企业设计营养套餐提供了理论依据。
Targeting the urgent demand of consumers for health and nutrition ,this paper expounds the design of specialized nutrition meals in catering businesses in terms of its motivations ,objectives,principles,approaches and preparation standards in the hope to provide theoretical reference in this respect .
