摘要
酒店专业本科生作为酒店业长远发展的新生力量,其实习满意度受到酒店、学校及个人等方面影响。调查发现依影响程度从强到弱,实习满意度影响因素依次是酒店实习管理及劳动强度、学校实习激励及教育、实习准备与沟通能力、实习待遇及福利、实习环境和条件、酒店职业培养与关怀、人际关系、英语水平。因此,需完善酒店实习管理和综合条件,积极改进学校的实习管理与组织方式,并促进学生发挥主观学习能动性,进而提高实习满意度。
Undergraduate students of the degree program Hotel Management are a new emerging force of the ho -tel industry .Their satisfaction with their internship is influenced by elements concerning hotels ,schools and in-dividuals .Ranked in descending order ,these factors include hotels 'internship management and labor intensity , colleges'motivation strategies and relevant education ,students'preparation for the internship and communica-tion skills,internship salary and welfare ,internship environment and conditions ,hotels'vocational training and care,interpersonal relationship and their English levels .Thus,it is necessary to improve hotel's rules on intern-ship management and their overall conditions , college's internship management and organizing forms , and students'initiative.
