On Vocational Colleges Training Mechanism for Tourism Students Based on Synergy Theory

高职旅游人才的培养是一个开放复杂的大系统。政府、学校和企业作为其中最为重要的三个子系统,在人才培养过程中的地位和作用虽然各不相同,但都不可或缺。运用协同理论的观点,在高职旅游人才的培养过程中,加强地方政府、学校和企业的沟通与协调,构建政校企协同育人机制,有助于整合地方教育资源,形成教育合力,实现育人效果的最大化。

Training of tourism professionals in vocational colleges is a massive ,open and complex system .The three constituents,namely the government,the school and businesses ,play different but necessary roles in the process.This paper,employing the synergy theory ,suggests that coordination and communications between the three aspects are to be strengthened to establish an integrated training mechanism that combines local resources to maximize the educational effectiveness .
