摘要
针对目前对高校辅导员角色研究不足、新入职辅导员对辅导员角色定位不准、大学生对辅导员角色认识存在偏差等问题,文章尝试采用文献法、行动研究法构建辅导员角色框架,旨在为新入职辅导员的角色认知和调适提供参考,为大学生准确把握辅导员角色提供认知框架,为高校辅导员培训内容提供理论借鉴。
Aiming at such problems as lack of research on the role of college counselors ,the newly recruited counselor's incorrect orientation on the role,college students'inaccurate understandings of the counselor 's role, this paper attempts to establish the role framework of college counselors through literary reviews and action re -search in the hope to provide reference for the training of newly recruited counselors and the cultivation of col -lege students'precise perception of counselors 'roles.
