知识的积累与演化性质,决定了现实生产过程中的劳动力既是一个实体,也是一个过程,有必要从动态演化视角对马克思劳动力商品理论进行深化和拓展。在社会主义市场经济条件下,突破物质生产资料所有制的限制,基于知识积累与劳动力价值演化的时代特征,通过对经典马克思产品价值公式进行一系列拓展,构建一个马克思主义的劳动报酬递增理论分析框架,有助于深化认识劳动与资本在价值创造过程中的"正和关系",也为着眼于社会主义基本经济制度的整体性,研究和探索中国特色劳资关系的发展范式提供基础理论参考。

It is the nature of knowledge accumulation and evolution that determines that the labor force in real production process is both an entity and a process,hence it is necessary to deepen and expand Marx's theory of labor power as a commodity from the perspective of dynamic evolution. Under the economic conditions of socialist market economy,the construction of a theoretical and analytical framework of Marxist progressive increase of remuneration for labor by breaking through the limit of the ownership of material means of production and by undertaking a series of extensions of Marx's classical product- value formula based on the features of the times of knowledge accumulation and evolution of labor value,will help deepen the understanding of the'positive- sum relations'between labor and capital in the process of value creation and offer basic theoretical reference to researching and exploring the development paradigm of labor- capital relationship with Chinese characteristics based on the integrity of the basic socialist economic system.
