摘要
采用等体积浸渍法制备了Pd O质量分数5%的Pd O/Si O2催化剂,考察了H2S的体积分数0.2%的H2S-N2气氛硫化处理对催化剂活性及抗硫中毒性能的影响。X射线衍射仪和H2程序升温还原表征结果表明,硫化处理后形成了PdxSy物种。催化剂的活性评价结果显示,PdxSy物种可以提高催化剂在含硫气氛下甲烷低温催化燃烧反应中的抗硫中毒性能,同时兼具较好的催化活性。
The paper introduced the incipient wetness impregnation for Pd O/Si O2 catalyst in which mass fraction of Pd O was 5%,investigated the effect of sulfur treatment by H2S/N2 in which volume fraction of H2 S was 0.2% on the catalytic activity and resistance to sulfur poisoning. XRD and H2-TPR characterization results showed that sulfur treatment could form PdxSyspecies. The catalysts activity evaluation results indicated that the PdxSyspecies could improve the resistance to sulfur poisoning of the catalysts for low temperature methane catalytic combustion in sulfur atmosphere and have better catalytic activity.
