摘要
针对阀门是否需要在项目现场重复试压进行了讨论,并从阀门试验介质、阀门试压比例、阀门试验压力、阀门保压时间等方面,对照国内外阀门检验标准进行了详细的对比分析,建议现场施工人员应根据现场实际,选择更合理的施工标准对阀门进行检验。而一些施工规范对于阀门检验的全流程覆盖并不全,因而使用它们时需要相互补充,相互参照。以液化天然气(LNG)低温球阀的实例,介绍了验证现场阀门压力试验流程以及标准的运用过程。
This paper discussed whether people need to repeat the pressure test at the project site, and made a detailed contrast analysis of valve inspection standards at home and abroad from valve test medium, valve pressure test proportion, valve test pressure,and valve pressure holding time etc. Recommend that construction workers should choose a more reasonable construction standard of valve test according to the actual construction. While some construction specifications couldn't cover completely the whole process of valve inspection, thus when we use them, we need to complement and cross-reference each other, Finally, this paper took liquefied natural gas(LNG) cryogenic ball valves for an example and validated the processes of valve test at the project site and the use of standards.
