煅烧温度对溶胶-凝胶法制备CuFeMnO_4的影响

摘要 采用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)络合溶胶-凝胶法制备了尖晶石结构的CuFeMnO4金属氧化物。通过XRD、SEM、US-Vis-IR等分析方法对CuFeMnO4进行了表征。研究了不同煅烧温度对其物相结构、微观形貌及光谱吸收性能的影响。结果表明:以硝酸铜、硝酸铁和硝酸锰为原料,以EDTA为络合剂在600~800℃能合成单一物相的CuFeMnO4。制备的CuFeMnO4容易团聚成比较致密的颗粒状纳米粉末。试样的平均晶粒尺寸随煅烧温度的升高而增大,积分平均吸收率也随着提高。在800℃煅烧制备的CuFeMnO4粉体对200~2500nm波长范围的太阳光平均吸收率达94.922%。 CuFeMnO4 spinel compound oxide was prepared by ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid( EDTA) sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscope( SEM) and USVis-IR testing methods were employed to characterize the material. The effects of calcination temperature on the phase structure,surface morphologies and spectral absorption properties of CuFeMnO4 powder were investigated. Single phase CuFeMnO4 was formed from the dry gel calcinated at 600 to 800 ℃ using cupric nitrate,ferric nitrate and manganese as raw materials,and EDTA as the complexing agent. The results indicate that CuFeMnO4 is apt to reunite into relatively dense structure.The average crystallite size and the integral average absorption rate increase with the rise of calcination temperature. The absorption rate of sunlight in 200 ~ 2500 nm wavelength range of CuFeMnO4 powder prepared at the calcinations temperature of 800 ℃ was about 94. 922%.
