摘要 在分析现有矿用蓄电池电机车存在问题的基础上,设计了适用于新型蓄电池电机车的永磁同步电机调速器,阐述了永磁同步电机矢量控制策略,分析了基于DSP的永磁同步电机调速器的工作过程,采用双DSP为控制单元实现电机控制和安全保护控制,基于CAN总线的调速器通信网络简化和规范了其内外信息的传递方式。实验结果表明所设计的永磁同步电机调速器具有良好的调速性能,能够满足煤矿辅助运输的需求。 On the analysis of the problems of existing mine battery electric locomotives, The permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulator which is applied to the new type of battery electric locomotive is designed. The vector control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor is elaborated. The working process of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulator based on DSP is analyzed. The design that double DSP as the control unit is adopted to realize the motor control and safety protection control. The communication network of the speed regulator which based on CAN bus simplifies internal and external information transfer mode of the speed regulator. Finally, the software process of the system is given. Experimental results show that the design of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulator has a good performance of speed performance and meet the needs of the coal mine auxiliary transportation.
