摘要
针对ZQ型齿轮减速器体积和结构尺寸较大、承载能力低、寿命短等问题,提出了一种以轮齿强度为可靠性约束条件,同时考虑中心距和转动惯量最小、且重合度更大的多目标优化设计方法。通过运用层次分析法确定各分目标函数之间的权重系数和利用MATLAB优化工具箱中的序列二次规划法对优化设计模型进行求解。通过实例计算,得到了更加合理的优化设计参数,证明了该方法在减速器优化设计中的合理性、可行性。
Based on the problems of large size for the volume and structure,low bearing capacity ,short life in the ZQ type gear reducer, a multi-objective optimum design method was presented. Which took the strength of gear tooth as the reliable constraints, considering the minimization of the center distance and the moment of inertia,even greater coincidence degree at the same time. Through the use of ana- lytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the weights of sub-objective functions and use sequential quadratic programming algorithm (SQP) in MATLAB optimization toolbox to solve the optimum design model, in addition, analyzed and verified its results in the ANSYS Workbench. Through the calculation of an example, it has got some more reasonable optimum design parameters, in addition, this method is proved to be effective and feasible in carrying out multi-objective optimization of reducer.
