摘要
以SMB2000-300型初级采样器采样头为例,对采样头进行了静平衡分析。设计了一种有利于加工和装配的配重块结构并参数化,求解了满足完全静平衡条件的配重块尺寸参数,推导了一定体积装配条件约束下,配重尺寸参数与采样头质量、不平衡质径积和转动惯量之间的关系。
Based on the SMB2000-300 type of primary sample cutter, this paper discussed the static balance design method of sample cutter. A counterweight structure which benefit to manufacture and assembly is proposed and parameterized first, and the parameter of the counterweight is solved by the static balance requirement of the cuter head. Then the relationship between counterweight＇s parameters and cutter＇s mass, unbalance mass-radius product, moment of inertia was derived under volume and assembly constraints.
