摘要
针对目前煤矿液压支架用阀试验台存在的一些问题,研制出基于计算机控制的液压支架用阀试验台,实现了液压支架用阀试验过程的自动化,提高了试验效率,对于提高液压支架用阀的质量提供了有效保障。工业性试验结果证明,该试验台性能能够满足国家相关标准对液压支架用阀的试验要求。
The test rig of valves for coal mining hydraulic support based on computer control was developed address its problems. All the test process for valves were automation, so the test efficiency greatly raised and the quality of valves are enhanced, the industrial test results indicate that the performances of the test rig are meet the requirements of national standards for valves for hydraulic support.
